History of our Church
The ministry of Jesus Christ the Restorer began as a small home Bible study group in Montreal on September 3, 2017. The Bible study started with just seven members, led by Pastor Judith, who was not yet a pastor at that time. As the group grew, they moved into a building after about six months and officially named the church The Restored Church of Jesus Christ.
As the church leader, Pastor Judith prayed for guidance and mentorship in ministry. God answered her prayer when she was introduced through a friend to Bishop Ronnie Sangil from New Zealand. He came to Montreal and ordained Pastor Judith as a pastor in 2018.
Over the years, the church grew by the grace of God. A few months later, Pastor Judith felt led to change the church's name to Jesus Christ the Restorer. During this time, she also received a vision of a cross, a dove, and a Bible, which later became the church's official logo.
As the church continued to grow, various ministries were established, including the Worship Ministry, Kids' Ministry, Youth Ministry, Evangelism Ministry, and Men's and Women's Ministries. From the beginning of the home Bible study to today, God has been faithful, moving the church from glory to glory. He has fulfilled His promises by equipping and restoring countless believers to walk in humility, repentance, holiness, righteousness, obedience, and a reverent fear of God.

The vision of this Church is to equip the saints to experience the manifest presence of God, to fear God and live a holy life, to discover their purpose, and to actively participate and be used in God's Kingdom.
